Canton ISD board approves consent agenda, library materials list and sets Jan. 12 meeting

On a motion by Jack Thelen, seconded by Josh Wilkerson, the board approved the consent agenda — which included approval of the Nov. 21, 2025 regular meeting minutes and financial reports (financial status, budget status and tax collection reports). Julie Stern, Kenneth Pruitt, Jack Thelen and Josh Wilkerson were recorded as voting "For," and the motion carried 4–0.
The board then considered proposed library materials for the 2025–26 school year. A motion by Josh Wilkerson, seconded by Julie Stern, to approve the list carried 4–0.
Trustees approved Jan. 12, 2026 as the January board meeting date on a motion by Jack Thelen, seconded by Julie Stern; the motion carried 4–0.
