The board also approved Chairman Holewinski's appointment of Wayne Kulhanek to fill the District 9 vacancy on a motion (Schreier/Hess) and Administrative Coordinator/County Clerk Tracy Hartman administered the oath of office.
The board roster listed 17 members present and four absent at roll call; the meeting included the student representative. These personnel and leadership actions were recorded in the meeting minutes and take immediate effect.
