The Oneida County Board elected Supervisor Dan Hess as Second Vice-Chair and confirmed Wayne Kulhanek as District 9 supervisor during its Jan. 20 meeting.
Chairman Scott Holewinski nominated Dan Hess for Second Vice-Chair; a motion to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot (Jensen/Schreier) carried by roll call (16 Aye; 4 Absent) and Hess was appointed. The board also approved Chairman Holewinski's appointment of Wayne Kulhanek to fill the District 9 vacancy on a motion (Schreier/Hess) and Administrative Coordinator/County Clerk Tracy Hartman administered the oath of office.
The board roster listed 17 members present and four absent at roll call; the meeting included the student representative. These personnel and leadership actions were recorded in the meeting minutes and take immediate effect.
