At its Oct. 27, 2025 regular meeting, the Llano ISD Board of Trustees approved a series of routine governance and administrative items including the 2025 tax roll, the District Improvement Plan, multiple interlocal agreements and a list of books posted on the district website.
Rob Wilson moved and Paul Hull seconded approval of the consent agenda, which included interlocal agreements for dispatch services, radio services, street paving and emergency management; the consent motion passed 7-0. Separately, trustees approved the 2025 tax roll (motion by Rob Wilson, second by Jeff Kuykendall) and the District Improvement Plan (motion by Jeff Kuykendall, second by Cody Fly), each by unanimous vote.
Trustees also adopted a method for filling a vacated trustee seat (Place 5) by appointment, voting 7-0 to permit the board to appoint someone under board policy. After a closed-session discussion on personnel and possible appointments, the board returned to open session and by motion tabled the actual appointment until the Nov. 17, 2025 meeting (motion by Jeff Kuykendall, second by Rob Wilson; vote 7-0).
The board set its next regular meeting for Nov. 17, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. and adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
