Next, the board approved Res. 26-039, moved by Brian Sorensen and seconded by Dean Robins, to accept Baker Group's proposal to replace rooftop units (RTUs) and to enter a comprehensive maintenance agreement for the Law Enforcement Center. The motion passed unanimously.
Res. 26-040, moved by Dean Robins and seconded by Brian Sorensen, accepted the resignation of Assistant County Attorney Jonathon Muyskens, effective April 17, 2026. The board voted aye on the resignation. The resolution's signature line lists a March 16, 2025 date, which conflicts with the March 16, 2026 meeting date and appears to be a clerical error in the minutes.
The board approved Res. 26-041, moved by Dean Robins and seconded by Brian Sorensen, to pay claims submitted from March 10 through March 16, 2026. The motion carried unanimously. County Attorney Johanna Olson left the meeting at 9:50 a.m., and Dean Robins moved to adjourn; Brian Sorensen seconded. The meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m. The minutes were signed by Chairman Randy Dunbar and attested by Auditor Jessica Graves.
There were no recorded minority or dissenting votes on any resolution. Brian Akers was recorded as arriving at 9:15 a.m. and leaving at 9:30 a.m.; the meeting record does not attribute votes to him for the recorded actions. No public-comments or extended presentations were recorded in the minutes.
