Fifth‑grade students presented robotics work using Project Lead The Way VEX components. Presenters explained they designed, built and tested chassis and then practiced steering and navigating obstacles; students drove a robot in the boardroom as part of the demonstration. Trustees praised the students' confidence and work, and staff said the district will host a STEM week at Lakeview the last week of March with assemblies and lower‑grade projects.
