Mr. Haley, a district staff member, presented Resolution 2601 and cited Education Code 45117 A and B. He said one employee returning from leave performs multiple roles (instructional assistant, yard supervision and breakfast supervision), which contributed to the staffing adjustments.
A trustee moved to approve Resolution 2601 and after a second the board voted to approve the resolution. The motion passed and staff said the 60‑day notice requirement under Education Code will be observed.
