Rush Valley Council approves minutes, pays bills and OKs fire uniforms

Later in the meeting Gardner moved to approve purchase of Class B uniforms for the fire department and Harding seconded; Fire Chief Jason Bolinder told the council the department had received $2,050 in county reimbursement and requested funds to buy 11 uniforms at roughly $180 each (about $1,980). The council approved the expenditure “up to $2,000.”
Gardner also moved to pay the February 2026 bills; Councilmember Pete Albrecht seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The meeting minutes record each motion as carried with all present voting in favor.
