Councilmember Duer moved to approve the contract and bond "subject to contract and bond being reviewed by city attorney," and the motion passed in the recorded roll call (4-0). The council then approved the formal award of the contract to the apparent low bidder with the same recorded vote.
The actions clear the way for contract execution after city-attorney review of bond and contract documents; the record does not show construction start dates or timelines.
