Commissioners described the issue as ongoing; the chair said prior attempts to price the work had been inconclusive and that this new vendor provided a clearer estimate. The motion passed on a voice vote recorded as 3-0.
Next steps: The county will schedule the pumping service so elevator repair contractors can proceed and an inspection can be completed.
