- Approved the meeting agenda (motion carried 3–0). - Approved minutes for the Nov. 13, 2025 regular meeting and amended the district’s organization meeting date to Dec. 19, 2025 (motions carried 3–0). - Adopted Resolution No. 252625 to relocate Hoster Middle School to the Lynwood Middle School campus when Lynwood High opens and to extend the facilities-optimization and community-engagement process (approved 3–0). - Ratified an agreement renewal with Calvi Technologies Incorporated and approved a service agreement with architect MSP and Optimum Energy Design for ABEC/HVAC design services through Sept. 30, 2027 (each approved 3–0). - Approved a one-year renewal of portable/modular units at Chavez and Lynwood High as interim housing (approved 3–0); superintendent said portables will not be renewed once new construction is complete. - Approved the consent agenda and related routine items (approved 3–0).
The board’s budget presentation included a certification of the district’s multiyear projection as "positive" under Education Code requirements; trustees directed staff to return with a second-interim update in March 2026.
