Kauffman updated supervisors on stabilization work at County Line/Orange Avenue, ongoing work on W9 Lincoln, pile installation by contractor Govig, and a limited rock supply at the quarry that is constraining stockpiles and could affect future schedules. The board approved the federal agreement and the right‑of‑way contract by motion.
Kauffman also noted that White Pole Road was proposed for addition to the Five‑Year Program pending additional information from Guthrie County. Kauffman left the meeting at 9:34 a.m.
