Action items and contracts - Transportation services plan (item 12.1): The board adopted the statutorily required transportation plan for 2026‑27; staff noted the state funds cover a little less than half of transportation costs and the district covers the remainder.
- Marzano Resources agreement for standards‑based grading (item 12.2): The board approved a professional development agreement to bring Marzano Resources training to middle school teachers on standards‑based grading this spring and in June.

- WestEd leadership team proposal (item 12.5): Board approved WestEd to provide leadership team development for certificated and classified leaders, including two full days before the next school year.
- Deputy superintendent employment agreement (item 12.6): The board approved a three‑year employment contract for the deputy superintendent of administrative services effective July 1, 2026. The contract as read into the record lists an annual salary of $254,282 for 2026‑27 and standard provisions for term, evaluation and leave.
