Neighbor James Cothren expressed concerns about a narrow stretch of White Way he described as a pinch point where passing vehicles must be careful. In response, David Gregory described the parking layout and said client vehicles can park and depart without backing into the roadway; he also said the business hours were chosen to avoid busy periods.
During questioning a discrepancy arose: Gregory initially described operations as one client at a time but later stated daily appointments ‘‘generally will vary between 5 and 10.’’ Board members discussed parking capacity and sightlines and ultimately moved to approve the variance.
