"We received notice last month that our disaster relief and mitigation fund grant was selected for funding," staff member Fitzpatrick told the board and asked for authorization to accept the grant and to approve preconstruction funding.
The requested $560,000 budget allocation covers preconstruction and design activities and includes a 20% contingency. Commissioners voted unanimously to authorize the town manager to accept the reimbursement grant and to approve the budget amendment.
