Board members moved and seconded the resolution; the motion carried on voice vote. Staff also presented and the board approved a separate BDC-certified assessment award resolution for the Pin Shop Pond project at 20 Main Street (Oakville, adjacent to Waterbury) to fund assessment work that will inform potential next steps.
The approvals included directions to submit required documents to municipal partners and to proceed with procurement where necessary to implement remediation or assessment tasks.
