Resident urges a 'Burnham plan' for Oswego riverfront; commission staffpoint to upcoming comprehensive plan update

He urged the commission to coordinate the idea with the village’s comprehensive plan, which staff said is in the early stages: consultants are finishing an existing‑conditions report and broader public outreach will follow later in the plan process.
Chair and staff encouraged Bridal to engage in the comp‑plan process; staff said online input opportunities had been launched and an in‑person schedule would be announced as the steering committee completes draft materials.
