Oswego staff win commission approval for clarification to subdivision rules

Staff recommended approval, and no members of the public spoke during the hearing. After a roll-call vote the commission accepted staff's findings of fact and approved the text amendments. The commission's action does not alter local policy beyond the clarified filing timing and updated technical guidance; implementation will occur through plan review and engineering submittals.
