Chair presented the recognition and described the bank's 32 years of community involvement, including sponsorship of local events, partnerships with the Oswego Area Chamber of Commerce, and support for food pantries, sports programs, senior centers and shelters.
The bank was described in the meeting as a privately held, FDIC-insured institution with a mission to support clients through consumer and business banking, home loans and lending products. Chair noted ServBank's local roots (originally founded in 1994 as Allied First Bank) and longstanding community engagement.
Brad Beas, identified in the meeting as representing the bank, thanked the board: "Thank you everybody for inviting me. This is impromptu... thank you very much for the recognition. If there's anything we can do for anybody here... please stop by the branch."
