At its March 24 meeting the Princeton Historic Preservation Commission approved three agenda resolutions and carried one application to a later date.
The commission approved an amended resolution for 8 Evelyn Place after staff explained minor changes: an added whereas noting a prior concept review, correction to property type language (clarifying the subject building as single-family rather than multi-family), a familial-reference correction (mother vs. mother-in-law), and a clarification on ADU height. The commission voted to approve the revised resolution by roll call.
The commission also approved the resolutions for 425 Basin Street and 34 Witherspoon Street; staff reported there were no substantive changes to those items and each passed on a motion and roll-call vote.
Separately, the Crown Castle application for 18153 Birch Avenue was not heard; the applicant requested the item be carried to the next available meeting because representatives could not attend.
Votes recorded on the record (as read during roll call): Mister Shatkin yes; Miss Capizzoli yes; Miss Friedman yes; Miss Kozabnikova yes; Chair Sher yes. The meeting recorded several absences at roll call (Miss Satterfield, Miss Howard, Miss Kroll).
