The Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment on March 25 approved four routine resolutions, approved the regular meeting minutes from Feb. 25, 2026, and distributed the board’s 2025 annual report for review and future discussion.
Resolutions approved included matters for 80 Buchanan Avenue; an extension of time related to 6125 Main Street; a shed at 16 Deerfield Road; and a Johnson's Lane matter. Each resolution was moved, seconded and approved on roll call with board members present voting in the affirmative.
The board also approved the minutes of the Feb. 25 meeting on roll call. A board member handed out the 2025 annual report and requested it be placed on the next meeting agenda for discussion; the presenter described 2025 as a typical year for the board with no outstanding items and did not recommend changes to planning board counsel.
Chair closed the meeting after those items and adjourned.
