Public works reported using 92 tons of road salt and roughly 4,000 pounds of sidewalk ice melt, replacing about 22 broken water meters and logging 745 overtime hours across 16 workers. Crews removed approximately 102 dump-truck loads of snow from intersections and completed 32 residential driveway assists and eight medical-assist resident transports. The police and fire departments increased staffing and the fire department recalled additional personnel; the city reported roughly 40 calls for service related to the storm.
Officials thanked public-works and emergency crews for rapid response and said debris, downed wires and some localized pump-station outages were addressed quickly, noting coordination with Atlantic City and state liaisons for assistance.
