Traffic engineer Alom told the committee about the College Avenue loading zone review, saying, “We did send out letters to all of the property owners in that area, and I did not receive any response on the letters, and we have not received any feedback during the evaluation period.” That report preceded a 5‑0 vote to adopt the loading zone.
