City to seek NMDOT GRAMA funds for Clancy Street improvements

Commissioners asked technical questions and a commissioner reminded the body that water-line work scheduled for the same streets makes the project shovel-ready. The commission voted to approve the resolution confirming the city's participation in the NMDOT program and to submit the application as presented.
Next steps: staff will finalize the application and proceed with the grant submission and any required matching-fund arrangements should the city be awarded the grant.
