The liquor-license motion passed on roll call with the trustees voting in favor. The gaming-license motion passed by roll call with one dissenting vote from Trustee Torres; the meeting record did not show additional conditions tied to the approvals.
The meeting did not specify the business’s opening date or when gaming terminals will be activated; under village code, terminals may be activated six months after official opening.
