The Oswego Village Board voted to approve a joint funding agreement on Sept. 2 for the next phase of the Wolf’s Crossing project, a pavement and intersection upgrade at Douglas Road with an estimated cost of $14,855,000.
Public works staff told the board that $10,583,459 of the phase would be covered by federal surface transportation funds, leaving a requested local share of $4,271,541. Staff also said the project was out for bid with the Illinois Department of Transportation scheduled to hold the bid letting on Sept. 19.
