Beach Haven plans floodplain-permit ordinance changes, signs contract with Waterwise; affordable-housing updates coming

Separately, the clerk said recent state legislation requires mandatory updates to the borough's affordable-housing ordinance to reflect new set-aside and development-fee language; the changes were described as non-substantive but legally required. The clerk did not specify a new fee amount for floodplain permits or the exact contract value for Waterwise in the meeting remarks; the agenda referenced a separate contract entry and said a Waterwise contract was entered on the meeting agenda.
