"It's a service that I utilized once in a municipality, and I said this is something that we need to bring to Red Bank," said a borough staff member, noting the program could serve residents of other municipalities and generate revenue for the borough.
Both ordinances proceed to formal public hearings on 03/26/2026; council members approved the introductions by roll call during the meeting.
