Engineers described stormwater mitigation measures — dry wells and seepage pits sized to capture the minor increased runoff — and explained the addition minimizes impervious surface changes.
Board members noted the property partially crosses the Morristown municipal boundary and conditioned their approval on receipt of a letter from Morristown permitting the work where it extends into that municipality. With that condition noted, the board voted to approve the application on a roll‑call vote.
The clerk will record the condition in the minutes and the applicant must supply the Morristown letter to the municipal office before permits can be issued across the shared boundary.
