At the Oct. 15 Planning Commission meeting, City Planner Nikisha Lyons reported on the Track 350 allotment application. Lyons said the application requests residential allotments and that the Allotment Committee reviewed and rated the application at 75.1304%.
Lyons summarized that the request involves 30 residential allotments (the packet references construction years across 2025–2027 and noted 16 allotments assigned for a particular construction period) and said the city council will consider the committee’s recommendation on Oct. 28. Lyons provided the committee rating and noted the commission’s role in advising and reporting allotment decisions to the council.
Next step: the City Council review is scheduled for Oct. 28; no formal council action was taken by the Planning Commission at this meeting.
