Later in the agenda, City planner Nikisha Lyons said an owner‑builder single‑family allotment has been issued for 373 Crystal Court and that the allotment committee scored an application for 375 Crystal Court. Lyons said the allotment for 375 Crystal Court will be considered by the city council on Aug. 26. If the council approves that allotment, Lyons said, the city will have approved a total of six allotments for the construction cycle noted in the transcript.
The meeting opened and closed initial and final public comment periods with no members of the public speaking and concluded with the chair adjourning the session.
