The Boulder City Planning Commission opened its Aug. 20, 2025 regular meeting by approving the minutes from July 16 and receiving a monthly progress report from city staff.
Commission members voted to approve the previous meeting’s minutes by voice vote. Later in the agenda, City planner Nikisha Lyons said an owner‑builder single‑family allotment has been issued for 373 Crystal Court and that the allotment committee scored an application for 375 Crystal Court. Lyons said the allotment for 375 Crystal Court will be considered by the city council on Aug. 26. If the council approves that allotment, Lyons said, the city will have approved a total of six allotments for the construction cycle noted in the transcript.
The meeting opened and closed initial and final public comment periods with no members of the public speaking and concluded with the chair adjourning the session.
