Shelbyville Airport Authority elects Gary Fayard as chairman, Eric Larson as vice-chair; routine agenda and minutes approved

Eric Larson was then nominated and approved as vice-chair.
Earlier in the agenda the board moved, seconded and approved the meeting agenda and later approved the minutes of the previous meeting by voice vote. There were no contested roll-call votes recorded in the transcript for these items.
