Given the outstanding questions about accounting, whether metal had been monetized, and legal constraints on waiving budgeted fees, the chair moved to table the request and possibly address it at a future work session where staff could present clarifying information. The motion to table was made, seconded and approved by voice vote (recorded as 5-0).
