Later in the meeting Interim Chief Appraiser John Smith told the board the March 4 meeting would be canceled because some staff members would be out of town, and the board agreed to cancel the meeting. Mr. Smith also said he had been asked to attend a panel discussion of tax assessors on Feb. 26 (Ryan Panel).
Mr. Gazvoda provided the board an update on a revised public utility notice received from the Georgia Department of Revenue; the minutes record the update but show no formal action tied to the notice. The meeting adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
