We checked with three of the references and all said they perform at a high level," Mark said, recommending a two‑year contract with options to renew at the same price for $185,477.53 per year. Trustee Christofferson moved to approve the contract and Trustee Matson seconded; a roll call vote recorded those present voting aye and the motion carried.
