Denver finance committee approvals include land acquisition for mini roundabout and four consent resolutions

Council Resolution 25-2103 amends a lease with The Denver Center for the Performing Arts to add 36 months, extending the lease to Jan. 31, 2029, for operation of a cabaret theater and retail outlet at 1385 Curtis Street in the Central Business District; the minutes note no change to the agreement capacity and list the item as in Council District 10.
Two intergovernmental access agreements with the City of Glendale were approved by consent. Council Resolution 25-2104 authorizes Glendale to access Denver-owned property within Glendale for installation and operation of a water line for a fee of $1,774.00. Council Resolution 25-2105 authorizes Glendale to access Denver-owned property within Glendale for installation and operation of a sanitary sewer line and a storm water line for a fee of $10,399.00. Both are described in the minutes as citywide in scope.
Council Bill/Ordinance 25-2106, also approved by consent, designates properties as required for public use and grants the City authority to acquire fee title, easement interests, access rights and related property interests by negotiated purchase or condemnation as needed for installation of the Florida Avenue and Quebec Way Mini Roundabout Project in Council District 6.
