Council schedules Feb. 17 public hearing on rezoning for 1965 Verbena Street in East Colfax

Councilmember Lewis encouraged residents who live near the site to include the property address in any correspondence and noted the online sign-up location at denvergov.org/citycouncil.
Next steps: the council will hold the legally required public hearing on Feb. 17, 2026, at which testimony for and against the rezoning may be received. The bill remains at introduction and will be subject to the quasi-judicial hearing procedures.
