Superintendent Mr. Broadwater told the board that negotiations concluded professionally and thanked Greg Kroskey, the association president, and Kristen Sherman for their work. "We completed the negotiations with our Loveland Education Association," Broadwater said on the record, adding that the goal was to reach an agreement that supported students while staying within the board’s fiscal parameters.
