The advisory committee approved the minutes from the Feb. 25 meeting by voice vote after a motion and second on March 25; the chair announced the motion passed. A committee member later moved to adjourn and the motion was seconded; the meeting was adjourned by voice vote.
Staff also reported on a pilot legal kiosk (identified in the meeting as the "Leo legal kiosk"), saying usage this month totaled 2 hours and 31 minutes and that the kiosk will not be added to routine branch checklists at this time because its continued placement depends on future funding. "We're not going to [add it to the checklist] because it's a pilot program ... dependent on funding," the staff member said.
Committee members agreed to schedule the next advisory committee meeting for April 29; members verbally confirmed availability during the meeting. No further formal action on the kiosk or pilot funding was taken during the session.
