SPRING HILL, Tenn. — The Spring Hill Planning Commission on March 9 unanimously voted to defer action on a rezoning request for June Lake after staff said additional traffic information requested for the proposal was not available.
Senior Planner Mr. Moran told the commission that traffic data the commission had expected to receive before the meeting was not provided, and that the item should be postponed until the next meeting. "The additional data was not available to us prior to the meeting, so this item must be deferred to April 13," he said.
RZN 1995-2026 was submitted by Southeast Venture LLC and was scheduled for consideration as new business. After Mr. Moran's recommendation, a commissioner moved to defer the item; the motion was seconded by the chair and passed 6–0.
