Canton Township approves site plans, appointments and municipal purchases; board adopts proclamations

The board noted that the original PDD was approved in 2020 for about 504 units on roughly 97.3 acres; a 2025 amendment reduced units by a net 151 and replaces certain attached units with 100 detached single-family homes in the new phases.
