• Exchange student accepted: By roll call the committee approved enrollment of Pia Marie Bose as a foreign exchange student at Longmeadow High School for the 2026–27 school year (motion presented under foreign exchange policy JFAB‑R). Administration said the Hastings family will host the student from Germany. The motion passed unanimously by recorded voice responses.

The motion passed on a roll call vote with one committee member recorded as voting no.

• Memoranda of agreement: After an executive session, the committee voted to approve memoranda of agreement with the Longmeadow Education Association for Unit B and Unit D, amending collective bargaining agreements for three-year terms (2025–2028) and authorizing the chair to sign.
The meeting concluded after approval of the MOAs and a motion to adjourn. Where roll-call tallies were recorded in the transcript, votes are indicated above; detailed vote rosters were read on the record during the meeting and are available in the official minutes.
