"I’d like to suggest that we don't give a full year of an extension ... offer the extension from August for 3 months that will ensure the project is done," the committee member said.
Another committee member moved to pass the resolution (stated in the meeting as "Resolution No. 265"); the motion was seconded and the mover and seconder accepted the three‑month amendment. The staff member confirmed the applicants and city staff were coordinating schedules and did not anticipate delays beyond September.
