The Boulder City Parks and Recreation Commission closed nominations Jan. 27, leaving Scott Henson as chair and naming Rodney Woodbury vice chair, commission members said during the meeting.
Commissioners then considered approval of the Sept. 23, 2024 regular‑meeting minutes. A motion to accept the minutes was made and seconded; the chair called for voice, and the minutes were approved with no opposition reported.
The session opened with roll call and introductions, including city staff and incoming commissioners, and closed after the regular agenda with a second public‑comment period during which no callers or written comments were received.
The commission also noted that packets for future meetings will include proposed bylaw revisions in advance so members can review and provide feedback before the next meeting.
