Truckee and other local partners outlined upcoming events and mini-grants that the designation helps support.
The board adopted the proclamation by voice vote and encouraged public attendance at upcoming arts events, including a launch scheduled for March 27. The proclamation will be delivered to arts partners and used to promote county cultural activities throughout April.
