The ramp will include guardrail and be aligned with other dock doors. Interior modifications for office space adjacent to the new window were also described.
A commissioner moved to approve the site and architectural plans with standard conditions (code compliance; approval expires if a building permit is not issued in 12 months). The motion passed.
The applicant must coordinate final construction and permitting with engineering and building inspection prior to implementing the ramp and window changes.
