The first‑year contract includes a $15,000 hosting fee; staff said the county may migrate hosting into an internal site later.
The committee also approved a proposal to expand the law library/self‑help center from limited hours to full‑time staffing (8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) to increase visibility and provide linkages to community resources; staff said projections based on civil‑filing fees support the expansion.
Several personnel reclassifications and position changes were discussed; staff said most reclassifications arose after the budget process and will be absorbed within existing appropriations without supplemental budget requests. The committee approved the consent items by roll call votes recorded on the record.
