Commissioner Levine said social media strategies were a priority for outreach, while other commissioners emphasized legal basics and enforcement for newer commissioners.
Staff confirmed each topic would be roughly an hour long and offered in person; the commission also discussed inviting other preservation community members to participate if it would not increase costs. The motion to approve funding for the four topics carried with the chair voting in favor.
Next steps: staff will finalize dates and instructors, confirm whether external preservation community members can attend without additional cost, and return with a final schedule.
