Committee reauthorizes $350,000 pilot for maternal–infant care centers, aims to target areas of need

Members specifically referenced higher maternal mortality and need in parts of New York City, including the Bronx and Brooklyn, and urged moving the pilot forward.
The committee moved and voted to refer the bill to Finance so the appropriation can be executed and program details addressed.
