Britney Overbeck, owner of Blue House Bridal, told the committee she has run the boutique in Carmel for 12 years and that the business “worked with around 1,000 bridal groups last year,” saying the proposed expansion is intended to serve more clients while keeping an appointment-only, low-traffic model that she said minimizes neighborhood impacts.
