The Water & Wastewater Committee recommendations approved included awarding the Barrett Mill Lock Out Drive water improvements Division 3 project (base plus generator alternative) to Main Street Builders LLC for a total award of $398,000, and awarding the Salomon Booster Station project to Frizzle Construction Company with an amendment and appropriation of $105,000.72 to account 9050‑470446 for the addition of a generator alternative and related costs.
The board approved a water leak adjustment for a rental property at 1391 Ramsey Mountain, bringing the balance owed (as recorded in the packet) to $1.63 and $0.76.
